Savannah and Honolulu got the new 5" twin turrets (a visibly different model compared to the ones on Helena. Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Savannah, and Honolulu got torpedo bulges.

These require a different hull. Compare here Savannah with those blisters with Nashville with the original hull:

Does the kit depict Honolulu before she was torpedoed or after her repairs/modernisation? With or without blisters?
