It is for sure Honolulu before she was torpedoed on the 20 October 1944.

To built Honolulu with 5" twins, would be a major conversion.

As mentioned before, it would be much easier to buy the Niko Model kit if you would like to built Savannah or Honolulu with 5" twins:
