Question for older modelers working with 3D printed models.

As I get older, the dexterity in my hands and my eyesight aren't what they were. I've been having more and more trouble cutting 3D printed models from the wafer and cutting sprues without breaking the models. They seem to be so fragile that I am breaking more and more of them.

What do you guys do that works?
