I was instructed in the last few minutes "Tell them, I said this is going to go into the GULF OF MEXICO" with reference to Hurricane Matthew, now a Full Cat 5 Hurricane.
The News Media Weather Forecasters are still ignoring the European models, particularly the CLP5...which has consistently since this began as INVEST 97L, illustrated a track near, to, or across the Yucatan.
Based on my vision of August 17th, I expect this to take course through the Caribbean, through the Yucatan Channel...into the Gulf of Mexico, where high pressure and wind shear will decrease the intensity to some degree, and I still expect this storm to make landfall at or near Houston, as a Cat 2 or Cat 1 storm.
