I attend a Tuesday morning ladies Bible study. I am one of the newest ladies to come AND I am the youngest. On top of that, I have not lived here all my life and I do not know everyone's granddaddys when they were alive. Also, we have ladies of different denominations. So, you can imagine what happens here.
Well, yesterday (and I am not gossiping because it really happened) we had two ladies really butt
heads. It was all over denomination AND something that happened in a church that two men caused, 20 years ago. One lady packed up and left. We had not even really started. The other, well, she was the hostess. I finally had to say something. I am not a doctrine person. I do not follow one denomination. I follow the Word of God. The closest translation in the English language. It just floored me that in 2026, we as a church are allowing man to run it and make new rules. And some women, to get what they want, will follow them. Rant over. Thanks!
