What the heck has happened to the real estate market????? This house was priced at $554,000. There was trash along the sides of the driveway, trash piled up on both sides of the house, part of the deck had collapsed & been half-assed put back together, an above-ground pool had been removed but there was still a big hole in the backyard where it sat, the 2 car garage was actually just a 1 car becasue they'd boxed off half of one side for a mudroom, there was an "addition" to the master bedroom that looked like it had been put on there by a 3 year old - the floors weren't even at the same level, part of the floor in the kitchen was warped & pulling up, there was a hole in in the ceiling of the utilty room, the pull down door to the attic was broken, none of the windows we tried would open - either warped or painted shut, there were small trees growing in the gutters.... you get the idea.

For $554,000. And it wasn't even that big of a house - and no basement.
