Baked a 15x18 cheesecake yesterday. Will have blueberry & cherry pie filling on the side to spoon on if folks want.

And I'm working on a 15x18 sugar cookie fruit pizza today. Got the sugar cookie part baked & am waiting on it to cool before adding the topping & fruit.

I know the meat for the meal tonight is pork ribs but haven't heard what sides the rest of the kitchen committee is making.

Now I'm starting to think about what I'll fix for Family Fun Day. That day, everything BUT the meat for lunch is potluck so I'm thinking about making a big tray of fried rice for a side & some type of bar cookies for a dessert. And I always make a big bucket of potato salad for the hamburger/hot dog dinner before the fireworks that night. It's on August 3 - so I'll have about 10 days to recover from Texas before getting it all together.
