and I was quite disappointed in it. The "sugar cookie" part was too thick & was very dry without much flavor. The crew still ate over half of it. And they flat out devoured the entire cheesecake plus a mixed fruit salad that I threw together after grossly overestimating the amount of fruit needed for the pizza.

Do you have a good recipe for the sugar cookie base? I'll be looking for a new one before attempting it again.
