the recipe I have is as follows.......
1/2 pint heavy cream
2 Tblsp confec sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat till forms like whipped cream
_________________________________
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat till smooth
Fold these two together and spread on cooled crust. Top with fruit.
Then I melt some apple jelly and spread on top of fruit.
