Trump is now allowing a foreign government to build a military outpost inside the United States.

Qatar is going to build an Air Force facility in Idaho.

I knew they had given Trump a billion dollar airplane.

Now news that this literal air force base comes after this small Middle Eastern Company signed a deal for a 5.5 BILLION dollar Trump Golf Beach Resort in Qatar.

The agreement to build a Qatari Emiri Air Force facility at the U.S. Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho was officially announced and a "letter of acceptance" signed on Friday, October 10, 2025.

October 10 is today, an Enviornmental Assessment does not constitute a deal.

It was all in the original agreement in June of 2017 for the sale of (72) F-15QR aircraft to Qatar.

Their pilots needed training, that is why they did the environmental assessment. I attached that link.

The bases are primarily for training and collaboration, RATHER THAN independent military bases. Qatar will not be running anything.

Talks on this arrangement began in 2017 and continued through the Biden Administration. Everyone remembers Corn Pop right?

The cost to retrofit the specific Boeing 747-8 aircraft donated by Qatar to the United States government for use as a potential future Air Force One is estimated to be between less than $400 million and potentially up to $1 billion, depending on the full scope of security and technology upgrades.

The plane will be transferred to Trumps Presidential Library when he leaves office.

Obamacare (ACA) "subsidies" were supposed to be temporary in nature and were pushed through in response to COVID, which became the go-to rationale used by Democrats to justify every aspect of their insane spending plans. Democrats themselves set the date for their Expiration and now they're disclaiming any sort of responsibility for the end of those purely temporary "subsidies" (bribes to their voter base, really) and they're willing to shut things down to continue to appease that base.

It's totally irrelevant when these subsidies began and when they were supposed to expire. Our daily expenses are higher now than during Covid.

80 percent of those enrolled in the ACA live in states Trump won. 78 percent of everyone wants the subsidies to be extended.

For people like you Joe, this is all about who is going to "win" the stand off, not about what's best for Americans who need and want to be able to afford Healthcare.

I've not heard one Republican dispute the fact that, without these subsidies, millions will lose Healthcare or will face premiums that are unaffordable.

Johnson's and Vance's attempts to blame the Dems is falling flat.
