I have to agree with you about the buffet style, that just gags me out. Watching people handling the same utensils, shoveling out piles of food all because they can, kills the appetite.
That place, in the last several years had went downhill so bad, I'm shocked it took them this long to lock the doors. The Collinsville location just sealed the deal. I hate to see any local business close their doors, but you had to be an idiot to not see this one coming.
