Seriously? Where have you been the last few elections? Almost every single election since this web site was created, has been a blood bath flowing from the veins of local candidates.
I remember the Denham days (God rest his soul) where him and his supporters flooded this discussion board screaming a fit that this "forum" giving a voice to faceless and nameless voters, cost them an election.
So, I really don't think that a " list of appropriate topics along with dos and dont concerning those topics " is needed.
But, what I do believe is needed, is for this Topix Freak to stop thinking he has everyone fooled by using so many different screen names, giving himself an avenue to post on every single topic posted here.
