Have you called police. If. It, there is a non-emergency number that you can call to avoid the 911 call.
This is illegal and disturbing the peace. We have a gentleman that came to the village board asking to set up a temporary Fireworks stand, this is why the village board didn’t approve. We don’t want the head aches. It’s illegal,
