And if he wins, the taxpayers (including him and grandma) pay the settlement.
I would love to see a report that details how many times the city has fought a lawsuit and won. I bet it's at least a 10-1 spread in favor of the city.
In fairness Wally, I think JL actually thinks he can make a difference. I just don't think he understands the big picture and how it all really works. I see his point of view. I'm just beginning to feel sorry for him and his approach.
