While Facebook certainly can censor things or remove content that violates it's term albeit Facebook's tactics are questionable, censorship by a government agency that operates a Facebook page merely because of heavy criticism or it doesn't like what's being said, it's not lawful and violates the 1st amendment since it is government actors that are initiating the actions to block/censor. In the instances I'm referring to it is not Facebook itself doing the censoring.
