Recreational marijuana is a cash-only business. Credit, debit, any other form of payment isn’t accepted.
So, all of those people are paying with cash for a product they’re legally allowed to purchase.
The rate of taxes applied to the product (I’m told) prices it above whatever garbage pot the welfare dregs can scrounge their nickels to buy.
But, then again, why point out that the people buying legal weed (that they’re taxed on) with their income (that they’ve already been taxed on)?
As always, your point is shortsighted and misinformed.
