You are so right. I had a friend who lived in a beautiful townhouse style apartment back in the late 70's. Fireplace in the basement room, big bedrooms and a nice pool area.
They let them replace a brick exterior with some cheap looking vinyl siding after a fire or storm, whatever damaged the building that faces Amos.
It's just typical of what is going on in GC. No pride and a bunch of slobs who have taken over once nice homes.
