I live in the neighborhood near the Maryland Manor apartment complex. I’ve become disappointed over the lack of care in the building and grounds. This was a very nice well kept complex when it was owned by Dr. Strohide many years back.
It would be nice to see the current ownership/management take some pride in your property. Often times the dumpsters are overflowing with the trash left to blow around the neighborhood. I guess they allow dogs too. People walk dogs in the median grass area on Wabash Avenue, but they don’t cleanup after them. The biggest disappointment...the police seem to get called there pretty regularly.
Has Maryland Manor become a subsidized apartment complex?
