If anyone has to call another human being 'trash' obviously the problem is with that person doing the naming. I am actually generally against this provision. I really wish we could go back to staple food provisions, beans, rice, whatever vegetables are in season...and things like that. However, it's just not always that easy. Who is going to be able to chew on beans if they are homeless, or utilities are turned off? Imagine all the gas it takes to boil beans that have been soaked overnight? What if someone only has a microwave? I think restaurant food is still a little ridiculous...but I have the luxury of being able to cook the food, freeze the leftovers and get a big batch of whatever to below a dollar per serving in some cases. I have 3 supermarkets in a 1.5 mile radius and about 8 in a 5 mile radius and a car to go where I want. God bless America, I work for it..but have few factors working against me. It would be easy to judge those, without having no idea what the hell I'm talking about. (Like Bender does in most of Bender's postings...) I could just give blanket judgments... and call other people 'trash' without having the foggiest idea what barriers may possibly stand in the way. While I think fast food or any restaurant food being subsidized is ridiculous..personally... I still think that most people who judge those who receive government aid have no idea what the hell they're talking about most of the time. But one of my signature lines still says it best.... People who make $725.00 an hour have convinced those who make $25 an hour that those who make $7.25 an hour are the problem. They sure have Bender and others hook, line, and sinker.
