I think these apartments will fool you.
My son and a friend have gotten into the "rental" and flipping business. The rentals they have are in some nicer neighborhoods and are going anywhere from $800 to $1,000 a month. These are simple, 2 beds and a bath homes.
Think about the lofts , not so much for the neighborhood but for the proximity to St. Louis. Downtown St. louis lofts, in some risky neighborhoods are going for a grand or better.
I think you'll have the young professional who wants nothing to do with grass cutting and home repair snap these up quickly. Time will tell. I hope I'm right.
Sometimes investors think beyond the box where in GC, typical people think like a box. An empty one.
