South End of Saint Thomas Rd.. Had water just about all the way up to the house again just like when we got the 9" of rain. Because Metro East refuses to turn the pumps on to carry the water out to the river. I guess they are having a pi**ing contest with the Army Corp. AGAIN!!!!! And we have to suffer, my FRONT YARD and everyone else out here has been destroyed all summer because of their B.S. and all the rain. You know the ground is still so soft it cannot take anymore water.
