Dave Martinez will be in the running also, and so should the Braves manager, but he won it last year, so they may feel he had his turn. Flaherty could win the Cy Young vote, he was remarkable the second half after a so so first half. Soroka has a little better numbers and a better record, but both of these guys may have to step aside as the award goes to DeGrom again. Ryu had probably the best overall numbers, but his second half numbers will hurt him. Voters are less forgiving if you have a great first half and struggle in the second half. My pick is Schilt by a narrow margin with DeGrom comfortably winning the Cy Young.
