What's the significant part of five years?
I know these traffic lights have long been an issue with you. I mean I don't like to sit at Walgreens and wait for the light to change but I don't lose sleep over it.
I see bigger issues for the city. Streets in decay, loss of businesses and way too many rental properties. I'd rather the city focus on those issues until they're resolved. In the meantime, just blow through those red lights and hope for the best. LOL.
