And don't forget the person who thinks they're ordering at a five star restaurant. They look at that screen like it's a menu in Frenc. Then, if it happens to be an older lady or several kids, they want individual receipts, because it's too difficult to determine who owes the extra penny in tax.
I also love the people at the "Pay here window". They are often so busy talking to the person sitting at the little desk that they don't pay attention to the customer.
And then, the dreaded pick up window. Would you mind pulling up to parking spot number 43 and we will bring your order out. No way sweetheart. You did that to me enough when there were only three waiting spots.
And never, and I mean never, leave that window until you look in the bag, possibly open the wrappers from a special order because when you get down the road, you'll see they screwed that up.
The very saddest part of my once in a blue moon journey into the Drive Thru abyss, is that I was only there to pick up a café espresso el sissy for my daughter and her friend who were busy working on a project.
