It's okay, Bob... I didn't take any offense and really, because I can't stand Donald Trump and am probably more against the Republicans than the Democrats, it would be quite alright to wonder --- what do those other folks think about this.
I just don't believe the zeal to smear anyone is a good tactic.
We don't just want to see people we disagree with out of office...now people want to see them truly ran into the ground....locked up...etc.
I find it a joy that the person I'm forced to accept as my president, (and not by the will of the people) at least is not a traitor to this country.
Why would I want to join in a lynch mob that yells "Lock him up!"
Unless I too am a slime ball...and want to play on the level of Trump and the likes of those who were conned into supporting him.
I don't want anyone locked up, unless they are truly guilty of a crime....and I want for any leader not to be in that place.
Politics is much more dangerous when we are so ill-willed --- and the danger is that it's more about fighting for power and fighting to the death ...and becomes less about public service.
I'm afraid I live in a dream world that will never be.....public servants are long gone and these seats of power are for sale at exorbitant rates.
