They are paying for it with the new NAFTA deal that the Democrats want to of course destroy. Also wire money transfers will double and that will be a money maker. When the Unions were vocally opposed to the illegal onslaught the Democrats were also, but once the unions decided the invaders could be future members they eased their stance. The Democrats soon became more than willing to push for as many of the illegals as possible to be allowed entry into the country, figuring above all else that those were votes.
