We can micromanage both of these candidates and probably find something we may not like, particularly if that is what we desire. When you say Democratic organization, are you referring to the Democrat Party? As far as union members are concerned, im sure Helen will do just fine with those voters. Im not real big on identity politics in County level elections and im pretty sure most voters are not. Ive said the election will be close and ill stick with that. Helen has been quiet, or at least i dont think she is using a pretend ID to get her digs in on this site or any others, but who knows. She has been in one or two elections in her career so i will decline as far as advising her what to do from this point until election day. Maybe she just doesnt want to get caught up in all the smears and game playing. At least as far as i know nobody has tried to injure her this go around so that is encouraging. I can see how acting like the adult in the room might benefit Helen. I know i wouldnt have the discipline for that, but perhaps she does. Ive seen Helens obit all but written in here before, and yet like the Energizer Bunny, she ignores all the BS puts her head down and just keeps on going and going. Now perhaps her time on victory lane may soon be over, but i sure as hell wouldnt count on that.
