Task Force= Group of people sitting around tables talking about theories of what will and won't work. They'll come up with a list of the following:
Take some class time and ask teachers to explain why bullying is bad.
Assembly for all students where the main speaker is a parent of a teen who killed themselves because of bullying.
Maybe a tweaking of the existing policy to include longer suspension for first offense.
Perhaps one of the SRO officers will talk to students about possible criminal record.
And as a final offering the task force goes to the house of the bully and beats the hell out of the parents. (Note: this won't be a real finding but it would probably be the most effective)
I've never seen a committee of more than one person be effective at accomplishing too much.
