Worker, please inform us as to what the "facist curriculum" is. I think the curriculum has been watered down to "teach the test" so to speak.
You also have to realize that much of education is simply regurgitation of information.
If you were the school God, how would you change it? Would you give teachers total reign on what they teach? parents? How would you set up a legitimate curriculum from your standpoint.
And you're somewhat right. There will always be kids who step out of the box and excel. They are generally the ones who are successful in life. Then there will always be the ones who don't give a damn and who will be content working at McDonalds and picking up government funds. I worry about the kids in the middle of the pack. I worry about the ones who can't become doctors but who could work in other successful fields.
Elaborate on your thoughts. It could make for interesting conversation.
