Not only good service but documents prepared in advance complete with time lines supplied by the same FOIA officer that copied all this information for Nick.
And thanks be to God, they snapped a picture of a hanging mail box, with documents intended for the Highway Department, facing forward, as documentation to be put on file in case someone telepathically realized such a photograph existed and requested it through FOIA.
Is there more than one FOIA officer in the front office, in addition to Mel Moore for the Highway Department and Helen Hawkins as clerk?
