The traffic lights don't bother me as much as the stop signs. I believe the lights on Nameoki/203 all are under the control of the state. I know the one in front of the middle school is because I called once when it was out and was referred to IDOT. I also know the ones at the new overpass are under state control because they were part of that project. Not sure about the one in front of Walgreens.
