    If read correctly the pension debt for firemen and police officers far exceeds the schools pension debt. Is that because the city has failed to contribute to these funds over the years or borrowed money from them? From a strictly personnel number count, something seems wrong. More than likely it is because the school has no choice other than to fund their portion of the teachers pension.

    This is interesting information. I hope there's a rationale for it. The state has already raped pension funds. Are the cities following suit?
