She ignored 600 correspondences asking for additional support. Ignoring a problem doesn't fix it and it's a sign of cowardice or not giving a damn.
None of those requests were sent directly to Clinton, they were directed, appropriately, to the actual organization within the State Department that handles security. I don't believe anything was uncovered that documented a direct communication to Clinton and all Ambassadors have direct lines of communication to the Secretary of State, but Chris Stevens never used it (probably because the procedure was to contact the security group)
Answer the question about her family e-mails and her prime minister e-mails where she called it a "well planned AlQueda like attack". No mention of a video until the heat got turned up. You can ignore that but it's a printed fact.
Clinton did email her daughter that there was an attack by an "al-Queda like group, it seems reasonable that, at that point in time, it could have been both a terrorist attack and a response to the video. I do agree there were some inconsistencies in when and how the attack was characterized, but I don't think it's all that significant in the total scheme of things.
