Very true and nobody currently serving on the board should retain that position. Scroggins supported the hiring of Jeff Parkers son when he didn't reside in GC and never moved here even though it was required. Neither of them would pubicly address the issue and the young Mr. Parker moved on when he decided it was time. Scroggins is a big part of the good ole boy system that exist in our system today. They all need to go. I agree that Cole would be a good start in the process
