I'm sitting here wide awake thanks to the damn train horns. I get it, I really do understand having to blow the horn when coming up to a crossing. But, there is a difference in blowing a horn for that and laying on the horn making a continuous long 45 second non stop blast! You can't imagine how loud and how long that seems when you are startled out of a sound sleep by it night after night.
This has happened 3 times within the hour between the hours of 2 and 3 AM. The is uncalled for and SHOULD be unacceptable. I know damned good and well if I were to make this kind of noise at that hour for that amount of time I would have my ass hauled off to jail for disturbing the peace.
I am SOOOOO pissed off at every single person who had a hand in this F'd up mess and I hope...no, I hope and pray that they all have something similar to this happen to them. I want to see their yards shift and their walls crack and every F'ing door no longer line up properly when they try to open and close them. But MOST of all I want to see their property values go down the toilet. Last of all but not least, try, just try to get a FULL night of uninterrupted sleep with the house shaking and the bed vibrating and the horns blasting.
SCREW YOU RAILROAD and EVERYONE ELSE who allowed this.
