I know that having a kid is not crime, nor in and of it's self should it be. My question is what hurts society more; flicking a cigaret out of a window, or having a wanton sex drive, and not using prophylactics? The third offense for throwing a cigaret butt out the window is $25000, (I wish I had caps for numbers, because that number is absurd.) The penalty for someone like my cousin who just had the 6th kid he never intends to take care of (by the 4th woman) is more money on his lynk card.
What harms society more, douschebag fathers, or cigaret but flickers? Why is the former rewarded, and later very steeply punished. I would argue the single largest contributing factor to the decline of our society is the former, I would say the later, in the grand scope of things, is quite irrelevant.
