From what I've read online, the actress who plays Phyllis quit the show and they will eventually replace her. They couldn't come to a contract agreement with the actor who plays Billy because he wanted to be free to do other things while on the show, which is the way his contract has always been. They wanted him exclusively, so they will be replacing him with the actor who played him previously as a teen ager. He's quite a bit younger and probably wouldn't work with the current Victoria. Then they recently fired the actor who plays Adam and his scenes should finish airing the end of January. I haven't heard if they will replace him yet. There really isn't anyone else I care to watch on that show!
