I believe Don IS a team player, provided the team is open and above board about things concerning taxpayer monies...If he wasn't a team player, perhaps he should be screaming some things from the rooftops to our mostly apathetic voting community. Honestly and frankly, "the team" found a very good man for the job.... And, his position is part time, so he has to trust his (excellent) employees to accomplish certain things while he continues his main bread-and-butter job--and for them to stay in their own assigned work areas while they are on his time-card. Not too much to ask of ones' employees, really. You would expect the same from your own... I think the clout of too much perceived power has gone to a few peoples' heads--but not sure Don is one of them. Blatant insubordination from any employee(s) should make a superior angry in their position, and I'm not going to deny that anyone can lose their temper when provoked and/or threatened.
