Yeah, that guy is a whack job. He's a loser who claims to be an "independent", yet he sides with the democrats on everything. He's always attacking Kurt Prenzler. His wife works in the State's Attorney's Office (Gibbon's office). The appeal has no merit and will likely be dismissed if they follow the law. The attorney for the petition is VERY good when it comes to election law and petition challenges. He's filed and won dozens of petition challenges, and he did the petition review. The idiot that challenged the petitions didn't have any basis for his challenge. The burden of proof is on him to personally review the signatures and identify signatures that are invalid. He hasn't done that. It's not up to the Clerk to review and verify them all just because someone "thinks" they might be invalid.
