I think I would have to go with voter fraud. Voter suppression, despite what the left might claim, is quite rare these days. Voter fraud, again despite what the left may claim, is rampent. When you suppress a voter, you disenfranchise one voter, when you commit voter fraud, you disenfranchise every voter.
While I am at it, illegal aliens are allowed to vote, so that's not voter suppression.
