Wow, that question is really kind of "chicken or the eggish", isn't it?

When I think of voter suppression, Republican Florida Governor Rick Scott and the 2012 presidential election comes stomping to the forefront of my mind.

I remember droves of black voters standing in line for hours in the heat, elderly blacks needing water, others being turned away, fraudulent robo-calls giving incorrect election day information.

I also specifically remember Scott chopping the early voting days from fourteen to eight (via Republican lobbyists), and passed by Republican legislators.

He also took away the Sunday before election day, which had been designated as "Souls to the Polls Day", where all the predominantly black churches planned to vote early.

When I think of voter fraud, it seems to me, and I'm probably wrong, that it occurs more on a local and state level verses the presidential election. But regardless, it happens all the time, and I'm sure Illinois leads the bull chit pack with this kind of garbage.

Just my two cents. Guess I really didn't answer your question though.
