Rachel has no credible thoughts. She's a topix troll that come up when the ground dries out. As soon as this rain settles in she will be able to return underground with the other vermin of the earth.
She's a blowhard. She's a troublemaker and a tool for somebody's campaign. I would imagine the "new" board members know who this is and would be embarassed by her.
