Me too. Its weird that I don't usually have problems in the morning. It starts in the afternoon. I know they say that when there is more traffic that things will slow down, but this is before folks are home from work and why did it start when it got hot? If it was a traffic problem, then it would have happened all winter when people are spending their time in the house streaming movies and stuff.
