I don't understand why it's problematic anywhere that is restricted to discerning adults?
I'd vote for it in any locale, insuring adults 21+ have access. Or even 18+.
Why is it that 18 year olds can play lotto and 21+ year olds are allowed to enter a casino?
These rules just make the forbidden fruit all the more tempting and many get carried away and abuse it as a way of being 'victorious' in obtaining what they supposedly 'cannot have.'
