Would have been Police Chief the year I graduated. I still can not believe that Mike Sparks has passed!
I wonder if he was one of the officers who faithfully got the "Lincoln Place" kids out from underneath the overpass of Route 3. Those were busy days for the officers lol.
Very Nice Babysitters I must admit!!
