I just read of his passing, God Bless him and his family. In looking at his obituary, I noticed a young school friend I grew up with, George Moran. Visited his wife Garnet and we had lunch together. Our families were best friends. He was my GROOM in a Tom Thumb wedding the (our) First Christian Church put on. The ladies of the church held a tea and lunch and my grandmother maid my satin dress, and the 3 bridesmaids dresses also. Beverly Roseman was my maid of honor, her father Arthur Roseman had a paint store at 2108 Delmar. My mind cannot remember who the other 2 little girls was and also their attendants.
