And apparently nobody cares, anywhere. Can't find a lawyer willing to buck the machine, or motivated by principle rather than profit. The lawyer involved said to take their case/cause further was not only going to be expensive, but "iffy" on the outcome (only in Madison County). This is a travesty to our supposedly fair system of election candidacy in America, but Ken Davis' "election board" decision will stand, and the voters will decide on election day who was "right or wrong". Again, if it had been my petition submitted, or yours, we would have been thrown from the ballot (and ridiculed and humiliated as they pointed out every place that was done wrong, and that we should know better). It really isn't rocket science to do it right, and the laws are clearly outlined in readily available sources. I sincerely hope that principle prevails, come April--and that the best man for the job wins, too. We wonder why our politics stink--maybe its the numerous dung piles that are able to keep getting themselves and their equally smelly friends or family elected and/or appointed, or hired.
