    Little Pig Cookoff!!! Archived Message

    I am having some difficulty deciding what kind of sauce I should on my teams pork steaks. The sauce my teammate made teated best, at his place. (blind tasting) But worst (in fact "gross" else were. The sauce I liked best, and that polled well, was too hot for some. (and it's lingering heat might spoil judges pallets.)



    Right now it looks like I will be using Sweet Bay Rays...As no one said a bad thing the pork steaks coated with it. (although, no one said anything particularly flattering about them either.)

    Advice.
