Hi Sandy! I have it on my hands and feet and I hate it. Unfortunately, nothing seems to work except a prescription ointment my doctor gave me but it is greasy and I hate using it. There are several pills the doctor can prescribe, but they have awful side effects. Stress does make it worse, so try to find some stress relief, and hopefully that will help. Good luck!
