Might even go good with a bowl of minestrone... now that's a lot of veggies in all of that. No mention of meat in either recipe...though minestrone can contain small pieces of beef and pork...
I am sure chicken and even some fish would work too in minestrone.
With Pasta primavera...it can be served as a side to a chicken breast, or you can even throw cooked shrimp into the pasta primavera.
With all these things...explore the room for possibilities. Taste as you cook.
There is no one way it is supposed to taste. There is such a thing as wrong ingredients and over and undercooking... but cooking should not be a formula tried and true written on paper, unless people expect consistency.
I see cooking much differently...and so what if it tastes different each time?
I like breaking the mold and starting from scratch..
And oh yeah...I am very amateur at all of this...don't let me fool you into thinking I know what I'm doing... I just like to do it that's all.
